

Our restaurant draws inspiration from the French bistro, with the distinction that Swedish ingredients take center stage. We focus on solid, high-quality dishes—food you’ll want to return to time and again. In 2025, the restaurant underwent a complete transformation, renovated in a modern interpretation where colors and materials harmonize with the hotel’s existing design and art collection to create a thoughtful, cohesive whole. The space also includes a wine room and a relaxed cocktail bar, where Avalon presents its own signature cocktail menu.
Restaurant Avalon also operates with an environmentally conscious mindset. Our eggs always come from organically raised hens. We use Valrhona chocolate, and our coffee carries double certification, ensuring both organic and fair-trade origins.
When it comes to fish and seafood, we choose products that are, as far as possible, certified by ASC or MSC to ensure responsible and sustainable fishing.
